The deck is meant to look like a minimal risk but wins out of nowhere. Aethertow to buy more time with loading the top of their library. Deluge does the same without the added benefit. Ghastly Discovery for effective card advantage.
I am very open to suggestions since i have been out of magic for a long time. My maximum limit is 100 bucks so don't suggest stuff like Cryptic Command.

Really great set up, I've played a few people with decks similar to this and they always manage to screw a combo I'm about to throw down by milling the card I need. Overall the deck is well put together, I'd recommend adding tome scour, its a cheap 1blue and they lose the top 5 cards, it's a good first turn drop. I like the direction you're going, very nice.
Could you please rate my green/black deck? I could really use some outside perspective. Thanks. |

Never seen grimiore theif used this way, very interesting. I don't like cursecatcher at all, just not a very good card in my mind. Have you thought of what a djinn illuminatus could do with that memory sluice combo? In a deck like this i would drop the deluges and put in some aquamoebas, and drop the broken ambitions for some counterspells or ensnaring bridges. You really need a continuous method of drawing cards, even if it's only a howling mine, ghastly discovery is only a one time thing (even if you do it twice). |

Great playability this deck is vicious and I have been beaten by similar decks several times. Jace would be a great addition when you can get one! Please rate my Edict of Malakir deck thanks! |

it's a nice mill deck. however, you should replace memory sluice or something else with tome scour. i think there's room for one or two telepathy, and ponder should be an automatic 4 of. since this appears to be a standard deck, i recommend you consider mill strategies that won't leave standard in october, when the new block comes out. |

i can't say i've ever seen anything quite like this. individually it doesn't look overly forboding, but after carefully examining every piece, i must admit i'm quite.. well, flabbergasted. this is a great creation and it'll take a bit more carefull examination and thought before i could offer any meaningfull advice, but i will get back to you with that. in the mean time, be proud of your baby, i'm sure it'll win you a great many battles. |

I love this use of conspire you have, really a break from the overused mechanics. I would add in another guile. and perhaps one more mirrorweave. Other than that, very good, very budget. |

This is a great deck! Very original =] the only thing I would change is probably putting in Ponder instead of ghastly discovery. Maybe take out a land for another memory sluice?
