Internet Security Settings & Pop-Up Blockers

If you have your internet security settings set too high, or have a pop-up blocker installed, you may experience certain problems on our website, such as not being able to view Magic Singles. Follow these simple instructions to correct the problem.

Internet Security Settings

Step 1: In the internet explorer menu, click on "Tools" and then "Internet Options"

Step 2: Click on the "Privacy" tab. Adjust the slider on the left to "Medium High", or below. If it is set to "High", the site will not function properly.

Pop-Up Blockers

NOTE: The following instructions are for the pop-blocker that is built in to Windows XP Internet Explorer. If you have a third-party pop-up blocker, you will have to find the appropriate settings yourself. Generally speaking, if you set any pop-up blocker to medium or low, the site should function properly. Also, many pop-up blockers allow you to override the blocking by simply pressing the "Ctrl" key while you click the link.

Step 1: In the internet explorer menu, click on "Tools", then "Pop-Up Blocker", then "Pop-Up Blocker Settings".

Step 2: Under "Filter Level", make sure the filter level is set to "medium" or "low". If it is set to "High", the site will not function properly.
