AnyCraze.com Return Policy
AnyCraze.com's primary goal is to ensure that you are happy with the product you receive and the service we provide.
Our commitment to you: If any of the items you receive are not in satisfactory condition, if you receive the wrong item, or if you receive an item from the wrong edition, please let us know and we will make arrangements for return. Please note the following conditions for return:
1. Returns must be approved by management - call for authorization.
2. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
3. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
4. AnyCraze.com is not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.
5. Opened boxes or packs cannot be returned.
6. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.
7. You must include a copy of your invoice with your return.
8. If making a return AnyCraze.com will not credit your account until we receive our product back.
9. AnyCraze.com will charge $30 on all returned checks.
10. You must contact AnyCraze.com to make arrangements for return within three days of receipt of merchandise.
In order to better serve you, we review the quality of each card before it is sent. We note the quality on our invoice, and keep it on file for a minimum of 30 days. When you request a refund we refer to the card's noted quality comments and respond to your request as quickly as possible.
Our return policy for single cards is simple: If you are unsatisfied with any card's condition, any card's series, or if you receive the wrong card, you may return the card for a full refund. Contact us when you receive the order, and we will make arrangements for your return. We appreciate your business, and AnyCraze.com will continue to do all we can to ensure your satisfaction.
